PURPOSE
The hydraulic components of the pump are semi-open impellers, which are suitable for the food industry, the circulation cleaning systems in industrial production, or the cleaning equipment in the washing industry. It can transport non-flammable and non-explosive liquids containing suspended solid particles or liquids that have no obvious corrosive effect on stainless steel (SS304).
MODEL DESCRIPTION
MATERIAL
The flow-through components are all made of SS304 stainless steel, including the pump body, impeller, rear cover, motor shaft extension, etc.
Mechanical seal: Graphite/Silicon carbide/Ethylene propylene diene monomer (Other materials for mechanical seals can be provided according to requirements).
Conventional seal (O-ring): Ethylene propylene diene monomer
CHARACTERISTICS
It is horizontally installed with a horizontal inlet and a vertical outlet, Both the inlet and the outlet can be connected with hoses. The maximum working pressure is 8 bar,the maximum liquid temperature is 80℃, and the maximum diameter of the solid particles that can pass through is 27 mm.
MOTOR
2-pole asynchronous motor, adopting SI continuous duty system, with F-class insulation and lP55 protection level. The motor bracket and the shell are made of aluminum alloy.
