Product Description
The BZ series pumps are horizontal self-priming pumps. Compared to other types of self-priming centrifugal pumps, this type does not have a check valve, making the structure simple, it is reliable, has a long trouble-free working time, is easy to maintain and use, is compact, lightweight, and efficient. The design has been specially considered to offer a larger discharge and higher performance compared to pumps of the same diameter.
Uses and characteristics
The BZ type self-priming pump is notably effective in agricultural production and emergency rescue, such as flood drainage and firefighting, used as an emergency pump. The BZ type pump is widely suitable for the petroleum, chemical, metalurgica, mechanical, chemical fiber, food, energy, transportation, and other industrial sectors, city water supply, and can also be used for agricultural drainage, sprinkling irrigation. It is used to transport clear water or other liquids with a viscosity less than 5°E and a temperature lower than 80°c, whose physical and chemical properties are similar to clear water
Conditions of Use
1. The ambient temperature should be ≤ 45 ℃, and the medium temperature should be ≤ 60 ℃
2. The pH value of the medium should be between 4 and 10.
3. The maximum density of the medium is 1050 kg/m³.
4. The power supply frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is 220V for single-phase AC and 380V for three-phase AC, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value.
