Product Description
Conforming to the standard JB/T10601-2006, the ZW type self-priming non-clogging sewage pump is a new type of pump that combines self-priming and sewage discharge. This series features a unique hydraulic design where the impeller is housed in a separate impeller chamber connected to the water pressure chamber. When the impeller rotates, a strong axial vortex effect is generated within the pump, creating a vacuum at the inlet and a lift at the outlet. Hence, impurities can be expelled from the water pressure chamber. With its entirely unobstructed flow passage, the sewage discharge effect of this pump is incomparable to other self-priming sewage pumps. The sewage pumps produced by our unit do not require the installation of a bottom valve, much like standard self-priming clean water pumps. Additionally, they can suction and discharge large solid particles, long fibers, sediments, waste ore impurities, fecal matter, and all kinds of engineering sewage.
Uses and characteristics
The pump can be widely applied in municipal sewage projects, light industry, paper-making, textiles, food, chemical, electric power, petroleum, mining, and
pond aquaculture industries. It is currently the most ideal impurity pump in the domestic market for pumping solid particles, fibers, slurry, and mixed suspensions.
Conditions of Use
1. The ambient temperature should be ≤45℃, and the medium temperature should be ≤ 60 ℃
2. The pH value of the medium should be between 4 and 10.
3. The maximum density of the medium is 1050kg/m³.
4. The power supply frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is 220v for single-phase Ac and 380V for three-phase AC, and the votage fuctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value.
