    ● The TP series pipeline pump was designed by our company in collaboration with Jiangsu University. Based on the characteristics of single-stage single-suction pumps and referring to domestic and international industry standards, it was created through scientific, rational, and optimized design with the continuous goal of improving pump efficiency. Its main features are: compact size, small footprint, and moderate weight. Its advantages include: a compact and reasonable structure, energy efficiency, low noise, durability, and easy maintenance, among others.

    Main purpose:

    ● It is designed for pumping diluted, clean, non-corrosive, and room temperature water, as well as liquids with a viscosity below 5°E that have physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is widely used in water supply and drainage, refrigeration, fire fighting, electroplating, chemical engineering, extrusion equipment, environmental sewage treatment, and other system equipment support.

    STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION

    ● The entire machine mainly consists of the pump body, impeller, pump cover (vertical cover, motor, and other major parts and components.

    ● The TP series pumps have their inlet and outlet located on the same central axis, and they are of the same diameter; they can be mounted on pipelines like a valve, making installation easy and simple. The design is top-opening, and for maintenance, only the pump cover and impeller need to be removed, without taking out the pump body or the pipelines on either side of the inlet and outlet. This allows for easy replacement of mechanical seals and the impeller.

    ● The TP series pumps adopt the most compact horizontal direct-coupled backdoor structure; its advantages include a smaller footprint and easy installation and maintenance (during maintenance, there's no need to disassemble the pump body and its inlet and outlet pipes; simply move the motor backward to remove the impeller, mechanical seals, etc. for maintenance). The pump's inlet and outlet flanges have vent holes, facilitating the release of accumulated gases inside the pump and pressure testing.

    ● The bottom of the pump has fixed screw holes, making it easy to secure to the installation baseline, enhancing the pump's safe and stable operation.

    ● The mechanical seal uses a leak-free, wear-resistant mechanical sealing device, ensuring stable and reliable operation with a longer service life.

    ● The TP pump is driven by the YE2 or YE3 series two-pole motor. TP pumps utilize the low-speed, low-noise 2-pole motors of the YE2 or YE3 series. All rotating components of the motor have undergone strict quality inspections and dynamic balance corrections, making them especially suitable for low-noise environments. The motor uses the extended shaft YE2 or YE3 series squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor, with a protection level of IP55 and insulation class F

     

    Materials:

    ● The pump body and pump cover (vertical cover) are made of cast iron HT200. The impeller material is either grey cast iron HT250 or impeller cast copper, with the standard being grey cast iron HT200. The motor casing is made of aluminum die-casting. The pump shaft uses SUS304 friction welding. Based on their actual usage environment and conditions, users can choose special materials. (Please specify when ordering.)
