To attend the fair, overseas buyers are required to follow several steps. Regular overseas buyers with the previous year's badge can log in directly to apply for the e - invitation. Once the invitation is received, which may take a few days to a week, buyers can use it to apply for a Chinese visa through various channels such as the China Online Visa Application (COVA), contacting the Chinese embassy or consulate in their country, or using a local travel agency.
